These target very different buyers. 1X's NEO is pitched at the home: a soft, fabric-covered 1.68 m, 30 kg humanoid with a remarkable 75 verified joints, orderable at $20,000 outright or $499/month. The honest caveat, per 1X, is that first US home deliveries are only stated for 2026 and early units lean heavily on teleoperation — a remote human often does the driving — so it is an early-access product, not a finished helper.
