Our take

Both are enterprise humanoids you cannot simply purchase, but they are at very different stages. Agility's Digit is the proven one: a 1.75 m, 65 kg bipedal robot built for warehouse work like moving totes, already deployed with logistics operators such as GXO, primarily through a Robots-as-a-Service subscription rather than an outright sale. There is no published list price, and its joint count is not yet verified in our catalog. XPENG's IRON is newer and still pre-production — unveiled in November 2025, with mass production only targeted for end of 2026 and early industrial trials announced with Baosteel. On paper it is ambitious: 82 degrees of freedom (22 per hand), a bionic spine, flexible full-body skin and a solid-state battery. But its height, weight and price are not yet verified — it is not a buyable product. Choose Digit if you need logistics automation deployed now; IRON is one to watch, not to plan around.
